We've been working really hard with Donovan to get him ready for school. We are trying to step back more, and let him take the lead when it comes to group play and making friends. Donovan is so quick to relay on Mommy and Daddy to do the hard work for him, and it's been painful at times watching him flounder through the playground trying to find someone to play with. Since today is a leap year day, and why again do they call it a "leap year" when we don't get to LEAP over the 29th, it should be called a "longer" year day or something more catchy, but also more appropriate for what's happening on the calendar. Last Sunday Jamie and I sat down to watch the Amazing Race. Now of all the reality shows out there, and there are A LOT of them, the Amazing Race has always been a favourite of ours. We used to watch it pretty regularly, and then we missed a few seasons, because even with a show you love, you can get overload (note: overload is not possible for the following shows: Grey's, ER, Criminal Minds, Intervention).
